Not the records — the site. A link that goes nowhere, a page that will not load, a chart that is unreadable on your screen, a document that will not open, or simply a thing that was hard to find. This is a small project and none of that is obvious from the inside.

Useful either way — the good and the broken:
- Something is broken. A dead link, a document that will not download, a map that never draws, a page that scrolls sideways.
- Something is unreadable. Too small, too dim, too dense, or wrong on your screen size. Contrast and layout were tested but not on every device that exists.
- Something was hard to find. If you knew what you wanted and could not get to it, that is a navigation bug and it is worth as much as a crash.
- Something should exist and does not. A view, a filter, a format. There is no roadmap here to be off.
You do not have to leave an address. Without one there is no way to ask a follow-up question or tell you what happened, but the message still arrives and is still read. Nothing here is stored in a database — the message is delivered as email to one mailbox and that is the whole of it. See privacy.
